Stay Issued by Second Circuit Injunction against USCIS f New Public Charge Rules 9/11/2020

On September 11, 2020 the Second Circuit three-judge panel stayed all implementation of the district court’s injunction on the new public charge rules

while the merits of the case are on appeal. At the present time, however, the USCIS has not opened up access to the Form I-944, and the language on its website still informs adjustment applicants not to include the form when filing Form I-485.
